Guy Ritchie, 40, will get £60 million pounds in property and cash in his surprise settlement with Madonna. The deal comes just 2 days after the Guy Ritchie and Madonna announced that they were splitting up after 8 years.

Guy Ritchie will take over the family’s 1,200-acre estate in Wiltshire as well as the London pub that they bought earlier this year for a reported £2.5 million. He will also get £20 million in cash to compensate for their other London properties, which include two neighbouring houses in Marylebone and two mews cottages in the same area.
